Instructions for Reviewers
Compliance Certification
The Compliance Certification Letter is the first two pages of the SACS Compliance Template with the certifications and electronic signatures of the President and the Accreditation Liaison.
Each report page starts with a restatement of the Core Requirement, Comprehensive Standard, or Federal Requirement verbatim from the Principles of Accreditation; Walters State's determination of compliance indicated under Judgment; the narrative description providing the evidence for compliance; and a listing of the supporting documentation that provides evidence of compliance. Guides are included on the pages to help you navigate through the report.
The supporting documentation is referenced in the following ways. First, each item of supporting documentation is provided as a direct link in the narrative. When you click on a number in the text, a PDF file will open with the relevant portion of the supporting documentation displayed.
The second way to review the supporting documentation is by using the list of documentation at the end of the report page. Scroll down to the bottom of the page; the list of documents includes a link to the associated PDF file.
WSCC’s SACS homepage also contains a link to the document room, Online Document Room, housing all of the supporting documentation.
